Dr. Viju Vijaysadan is a board-certified physician with more than two decades of clinical experience in Cosmetic and Internal Medicine. He brings a strong medical foundation and a refined aesthetic eye to every treatment, combining clinical expertise with a personalized, results-driven approach.

At our med spa, Dr. Vijaysadan oversees and performs advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments, including Botox, microneedling, IV therapy, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and testosterone optimization. His extensive experience in hormone and peptide therapies allows him to create comprehensive, individualized plans that support energy, recovery, body composition, and overall vitality.

Known for his attentive and compassionate style, Dr. Vijaysadan takes time to understand each patient’s goals and designs customized treatment plans that deliver natural-looking results with a strong emphasis on safety and long-term wellness. Dr. Louis Perrone is a chiropractor and nutrition specialist dedicated to helping patients move better, recover faster, and feel their best. Born and raised in South Florida, he earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut before receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2014. He later completed a Master’s in Nutrition, expanding his ability to address complex inflammatory, digestive, and lifestyle-related conditions.

At our med spa and wellness center, Dr. Perrone provides chiropractic care, sports injury rehabilitation, and nutrition-focused support. He specializes in treating headaches, neck and low back pain, extremity issues, and inflammatory conditions, using precise adjustments, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to restore function and reduce discomfort. He also evaluates X-rays and MRIs and is certified in nerve conduction and electro-diagnostic testing.

With extensive continuing education in sports injuries, neurology, nutrition, and detoxification, Dr. Perrone takes a comprehensive, results-driven approach. His own experience with chiropractic care, using it to maximize performance and minimize injury, fuels his passion for helping others achieve lasting improvements in mobility, recovery, and overall quality of life.

George J. Naranjo is the managing partner of our med spa and wellness center. With a strong background in operations, leadership, and risk management, he brings a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to creating a professional, welcoming environment for every patient.

George holds an MPA and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Over the course of his career, he has held progressive leadership and operational roles focused on safety,  and facility management. His earlier service as a firefighter further shaped his commitment to community care, teamwork, and high standards.

At our practice, George oversees day-to-day operations and the overall patient experience. He is dedicated to building a space where clinical excellence and genuine hospitality go hand in hand, ensuring every guest feels comfortable, respected, and well cared for.
